Our Team
Ilias Mexis
The plastic surgeon Ilias Mexis was born in Athens. After passing the pan-Hellenic exams, he was admitted to the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens from where he graduated in 2003. After completing his term as a rural doctor in the region of Fthiotida(2003-2005), he specialized in General Surgery in G.N. of Western Attica “Agia Varvara” (2005-2007). From 2007 to 2011, he worked at the University Clinic of Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery in Bratislava (Slovakia). There he trained, under the world-renowned Professor Jozef Fedeles, in all areas of Aesthetic Surgery and the full range of Reconstructive Surgery and Microsurgery. At the same time, in Bratislava he worked as an external partner in the private Plastic Surgery clinic “Esthetic Clinic”.
He has been working in the private sector in Athens since 2011 applying the most modern and effective Plastic Surgery in the Aesthetic and Restorative field. He is a regular member of the Hellenic Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.
He continues to learn the latest techniques and future trends in Plastic Surgery by participating in World Congresses and International Congresses of Plastic Surgery.
Georgios Papathanasiou
Anesthesiologist Georgios Papathanasiou was born in Mytilene in 1979 and raised in Thessaloniki. He graduated from the Medical School in 2004. He started his specialty at the General Hospital of Kavala in 2008 and completed it at “KAT” General Hospital of Attica (2010-2014). He holds a master’s degree in cardiopulmonary resuscitation from National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He is a member of the Hellenic Society of Anesthesiology and ESRA Hellas (European Society of Regional Anaesthesia & Pain Therapy).
Eleni Lafiati
Eleni Lafiati was born in Athens. After the Panhellenic exams, she studied in the Department of Aesthetics and Cosmetology of the TEI of Athens, where she graduated in 2016. She did her postgraduate studies in “Modern diagnostics in dermatology and allergology” at the School of Medicine of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, at Andreas Syggros Hospital.
She has been working in the private sector in Athens since 2016 as a beautician and as laser hair removal technician. She leads the laser hair removal and aesthetics departments.
